The founder of the hotel group Family Heritage is a construction company ITG Ltd. from Smederevo, which has been operating successfully for 25 years.
Family Heritage hotels group portfolio has two hotels. One of them is the Heritage Garni Hotel in Belgrade, and the other one is an Apart Hotel "Villa Barović & SPA" on Zlatibor mountain, which successfully operates 4 years and represents a recognized brand of the apartment accommodation. Apart Hotel "Villa Barović & SPA" is a four-star hotel with a swimming pool (retractable glass roof and hot water), SPA center, coffee bar, video surveillance, private parking and a playground.
